General Subscription Information

Before considering a subscription, it is necessary to :

Familiarize yourself with the fund’s prospectus, in particular the section “Risk Profile”.

The latest versions of the funds’ prospectus are available on the sites www.amiralgestion.com and www.amf-france.org; they are also available by post upon request.

Think about the opportunity of subscribing to our funds in regards to your personal financial situation, your investment objectives

and your aversion to risk. If you need advice on these aspects, we invite you to advise your usual investment advisor. We can put you in contact with an investment advisor if you don’t already have one.

If you are subscribing on your own initiative, several possibilities are available for you:

- Subscribe bearer shares through your usual bank on your securities account (or PEA)

- Subscribe for issuer-registered units

- Subscribe through a life insurance or capitalization contract

- Special circumstances: Sextant Inc.
